COLLECT
Eternal Father,
whose Son Jesus Christ ascended to the throne of heaven that he might rule over all things as Lord and King:
keep the Church in the unity of the Spirit and in the bond of peace,
and bring the whole created order to worship as his feet;
who is alive and reigns with you,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever.

Hope Active Outdoors
Hope Active offers free weekly visits to Hope CIC Girton Farm and other green spaces. Participants enjoy calm, welcoming sessions on the farm, with light activities that support mobility, relaxation, and connection.
All fresh produce from the farm is shared with the community through our food shop in Cambourne, helping more people enjoy healthy, seasonal food and increase their fruit and vegetable intake.  See the flier below for more information.

Safeguarding audit
Dear Friends
In February 2026, a full independent audit is going to be completed to understand where we are as a Diocese and Cathedral in respect of Safeguarding. As part of this audit, INEQE, the company carrying out the audit are asking for as many people to contribute as possible. They have created surveys for people to complete and the link to these are below. It is so important that anyone who is part of our Diocese, in whatever capacity, has the opportunity to have their say and have their voice heard as part of this process. The more voices that INEQE can hear, the more they will be able to understand where we are on our journey and what we still need to do to ensure everyone in our Church community is kept safe. Please can I urge you all to complete the Survey. It is confidential and anonymous so you can say whatever you feel and it will only be used to inform INEQE’s final report.
The surveys are now open and will close on 2nd December.
Link to survey: https://ineqe.com/churchofengland/Ely/
If you have any questions about the Audit, please email ineqe.audit@elydiocese.org.  I have also attached a poster which you can pin up in your Churches to encourage people to take part.
Sarah Kennedy, Head of Safeguarding in our Diocese, and I really appreciate your support with this.
Good wishes

Toy gift Service Sunday 23 November.  We will be collecting gifts for the children of families supported by HomeStart again this year at the 10am service in Duxford.  Please do not wrap the gifts as the volunteers would like to be able to match the gifts to the children.

Planning your Visit

A Warm Hello

aaron-burden-AvqpdLRjABs-unspl
Here's what to expect if you're coming to Church on a Sunday morning.

Where and When

We meet at one of our three Churches (details here) for our main Sunday Service, which starts at 10am.

We usually serve tea, coffee and biscuits after the service.

Accessibility: There is wheelchair access, and a sound loop for anyone who needs it. Duxford and Ickleton Churches have a toilet.

Children are more than welcome to all of our 10am services, however the services on the first and second Sunday of the month in Ickleton are more children orientated.
