COLLECT
Almighty God,
who wonderfully created us in your own image
and yet more wonderfully restored us through your Son Jesus Christ:
grant that, as he came to share in our humanity,
so we may share the life of his divinity;
who is alive and reigns with you,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever.

EXTRA
Anyone else lost what day of the week we are on?  Apologies for the lateness of the newsletter, I have absolutely no idea where the last week has gone!

Jessica Martin will be installed at Dean of Chelmsford Cathedral on Sunday 5 January 2025 at 3.30 pm.  All are very warmly invited to Chelmsford Cathedral at that time and date to help Jessica, Francis and Theodora celebrate the beginning of a new chapter of ministry and family life.  We recognise it’s not at a convenient time, date or place for most but would be very glad of your prayers.’

Celebration of Baptism
- at the All Age service in Ickleton on Sunday 12 January we will be celebrating our baptism, all are welcome.

Planning your Visit

A Warm Hello

aaron-burden-AvqpdLRjABs-unspl
Here's what to expect if you're coming to Church on a Sunday morning.

Where and When

We meet at one of our three Churches (details here) for our main Sunday Service, which starts at 10am.

We usually serve tea, coffee and biscuits after the service.

Accessibility: There is wheelchair access, and a sound loop for anyone who needs it. Duxford and Ickleton Churches have a toilet.

Children are more than welcome to all of our 10am services, however the services on the first and second Sunday of the month in Ickleton are more children orientated.
